Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour preference, or promotional items.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact District0 within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. Once verified, we may provide a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.

This policy does not limit customers’ rights under applicable Malaysian consumer law.
